Diane Simcox v. Robert Hunt. Mrs. Farrell represented Mrs. Simcox in a land boundary line dispute and was successful in ousting the adjoining land owner and reforming Ms. Simcox's deed. The Simcox Case was heard by the Mississippi Supreme Court, en banc and the trial courts ruling was reversed and a decesion was rendered MAKING NEW LAW!
