DHS v. Tendercare Home Services
Respondent: Attorney for the respondent, TenderCare Home Services. The issue at hand is whether or not DHS is entitled to recover medical assistance payments made to Tendercare for home care services. After review of all the files and statements the court found in favor of DHS. Their motion for a summary judgment was granted. In addition the commission of human services affirms their recovery from TenderCare Home Services in the amount of $113,909.92
Attorney for the Defendant in a civil case in which the Plaintiff filed a Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction in regards to the Defendant's comments about the Plaintiff on social media. The Court found that the Plaintiff has offered nothing beyond speculation and did not establish that there is a reasonable likelihood Defendant extrajudicial statements would prevent him from having a fair trial in this case. The Motion was denied.
