About Amanda

Amanda Burchfield is currently a personal injury attorney with Allen Law Firm, P.A., a well-established personal injury law firm serving accident victims in Gainesville, Ocala, and the rest of North Central Florida. A Gainesville, Florida, native, Attorney Burchfield is the daughter of Ginny and Bill Allen, who founded Allen Law Firm, P.A., in 2007.

Attorney Burchfield obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. During her time at USF, Amanda spent considerable time with Cru (an organization formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) and earned the King O’Neal Scholar Award, a recognition only given to students who complete their studies with a 4.0 GPA. Amanda would go on to graduate from USF with summa cum laude honors.
Amanda initially attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law for law school after completing a one-year internship with Cru. During her first year there, Amanda married her husband, Charlie, and transferred to Mississippi College of Law. Subsequently, Ms. Burchfield earned her juris doctor from MC Law, also with summa cum laude honors.

Attorney Amanda Burchfield currently dedicates her career toward protecting the rights and interests of personal injury victims in her hometown and the nearby vicinity. In her time outside of work, Amanda enjoys being involved in her local church community and spending valuable time with her two children.
