Originally founded in 2009 by Lucas T. (Luke) Baker as “The Baker Law Firm, P.A.”, Baker Billick, P.A. has emerged as a leader in the legal community in Concord, NC and surrounding areas. Shortly after Luke first hung out his shingle, he was joined by his wife Laura M. Baker, who became a partner in the firm in 2010. Also in 2010, Luke and Laura met Amber S. Billick, who joined the firm that year and later became a partner in the firm in 2011. Today, Baker Billick, P.A. proudly serves its clients in three main practice areas: Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family Law. The firm has a consistent track record for achieving positive results for its clients under the particular circumstances of each case.

We charge a flat fee for certain cases, such as absolute divorces. Most cases are hourly at the rate of $250.00 per hour with a set amount due up front depending on the complexity of the case. In limited circumstances we accept equitable distribution of property cases on a contingency fee.
