Worked and lived in Jacksonville, Cherokee County, Texas, since 1969, except for short tour of active duty military in 1970. Practiced civil, criminal and transactional law for a number of years but confined practice to civil litigation about 20 years ago. Tried numerous jury trials in state and federal courts, primarily in the east Texas area. Have obtained multiple verdicts /settlements in the multi-million dollar range.
