Amir Farzaneh is an immigration lawyer with over 25 years of legal experience. He received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University. Over the years, Mr. Farzaneh has handled some very complex and intricate immigration matters. He is an educator, and is also the author of numerous articles, and is a Co-Author of two books about immigration law, published by Aspatore Books. Mr. Farzaneh is a frequent speaker on Immigration Law issues. Mr. Farzaneh is admitted to practice in all immigration courts, Western District of Oklahoma Federal Court, 10th circuit court of appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Farzaneh is a former president of the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association and a member of the Oklahoma and American bar associations in addition to the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Farzaneh has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell (the highest possible peer review rating for competence and ethical values in law practice).
