Ms. Boring received her B.A., cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Ms. Boring was a member of Ohio Northern University's Law Review, as staff and associate editor.
