Amy J. Kinker served the people of Lincoln County as Probate and Associate Circuit Judge, Division II – Lincoln County, Missouri,45th Judicial Circuit for eight years.
Her experience includes trial judge presiding over both associate and circuit level civil matters including probate, small claims, domestic relations, adult abuse, personal injury, quiet title and contractual  disputes.  as In addition , she presided as trial judge over both associate and circuit level criminal matters including misdemeanor, traffic, municipal and felony cases. During her terms she presided over multiple civil, criminal and probate jury trials.
Ms. Kinker was appointed Municipal Judge of City of Troy 2000-2004 and Municipal Judge of City of Elsberry 2003-2009, as well as her duties as Municipal Judge for Cities of Hawk Point, Truxton and Silex, Missouri 2003-2010.
