Andrea C. Sisca joined Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC in 2014. Prior to joining Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara, Andy practiced law at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker with a focus on professional and general liability matters, and personal injury defense.
Andy’s background in personal injury defense work and experience in dealing with insurance carriers helps her achieve favorable outcomes for individuals who have sustained personal injuries, including those injured in motor vehicle accidents, on construction sites, and as a result of slip/trip and falls.
Andy handles all types of civil and commercial litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, real estate/land use, contract, construction and other similar types of disputes from pleadings and motion practice through trial and appeals, when necessary. She also has experience handling other types of matters including securities fraud, business disputes, zoning appeals and will contests.

For example, Andy secured judgment before trial in her client’s favor after he was injured on a construction site. In another matter, Andy successfully defeated a claim for adverse possession and secured reimbursement of her client’s attorneys’ fees.
