About Andres
Andres "Andy" Soto joined Atlas & Hall L.L.P. in September of 2009 as an associate in the litigation section. Andy is a general litigator whose experinece includes matters from commercial and civil litigation insurance and labor law, and family and criminal law.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Andy lived in Brownsville, Texas until he moved to Houston in 2001. At that time, he received his undergraduate degree from Rice University with a double major in English & Philosphy. He then moved to Austin, Texas and received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Several clerkships later, Andy moved back home to the Valley to practice law.
