About Andrew

Andrew Lyskowski is the most recent addition to Bergmanis & McDuffey, LLC.  A native of mid-Missouri, Andrew was raised in Jefferson City.

Andrew attended Truman State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English while maintaining an active role in Beta Theta Pi fraternity and began fostering his interest in law.  Upon graduating, Andrew began law school at the University of Missouri, Columbia.  During his time there, he was elected president of the student chapter of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and was honored to represent the University of Missouri School of Law in the American Bar Association's regional negotiation competition.

After graduating, Andrew spent a legislative session in Jefferson City at the Capitol working for Senate Research.  After taking and passing the Missouri Bar Exam, Andrew accepted the position of an Assistant Attorney General learning and working exclusively in the area of workers' compensation in defending the State's Second Injury Fund.

Now an associate at Bergmanis & McDuffey, Andrew focuses his ever expanding practice on workers' compensation and personal injury.

When he is not working, Andrew can be found outdoors.
