About Andrew
Andrew heads up the litigation section of Margolius, Margolius and Associates. He has over 20 years of trial experience in cases ranging from disability, race and sex discrimination to personal injury and fair housing litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in 1980 and is a 1983 graduate of Case Western University Law School. He is an active board member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association and is immediate Past President of the Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association. These advocacy groups are dedicated to the enforcement of employees rights. He also serves as Chief Counsel to Fair Housing Advocates Association.
His cases largely involve employment and housing issues, and personal injury cases. Specific statutes covered involves age, sexual harassment, disability, Long Term Disability, race, religion, gender and familial status.
Andrew is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio Bar Associations as well as the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is a frequent speaker before municipalities, professional associations and community groups regarding employment and housing issues.
