Andrew J. Marton has over 25 years of litigation experience specializing in transportation, employment matters, product liability, construction, and large and small personal injury matters.  He is a veteran of over 20 trials, including a wrongful death matter and the first roofing product liability class action to be tried to verdict in California (Old Cal Shake Class Action).  From the outset of his career, Andrew has had a special interest in classic cars and has handled such unique matters as the disappearance of four classic Ferrari chassis (including a Steve McQueen Ferrari 1966 275 GTS convertible) and a custody battle over a 1965 Porsche 356C.

He is dedicated to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients, always working to obtain the best possible case result in a cost-efficient manner.

Mr. Marton graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983 with a B.A. in history.  He received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1986 where he was on the Dean’s List and placed first in the Pacific Region of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California.

Born in Montreal, Canada in 1959, Mr. Marton resides in West Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
