Andrew C. Hall, born Warsaw, Poland, September 16, 1944. He immigrated to the United States with his parents and brother in 1948.

Mr. Hall has been a resident of Miami since 1952, where he resides with his wife Gail Meyers. They have four children: Michael Hall: Adam Hall; Hilary Azrael; and Kathryn A. Meyers.

Andrew C. Hall specializes in the trial of complex commercial cases. Mr. Hall has been recognized for his skills by inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for the past six years and has received the highest rating from his peers, a.v., in Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Hall attended the University of Florida College of Law, receiving a J.D. with high honors in 1968. Mr. Hall graduated second in his class. Among other academic and leadership honors, Mr. Hall was elected to the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi, the two highest academic distinctions available to law students, and to Florida Blue Key, the Men's Leadershjp Honorary Fraternity. Mr. Hall was a member of the Board of Editors of the Law Review.

Upon graduation, Mr. Hall returned to his home in Miami, Florida. Mr. Hall's first position was Law Clerk to the Honorable Joe O. Eaton, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. In 1970, Mr. Hall became associated with the Atlanta firm of Haas, Holland, Levison & Gibert for the next one and one-half years. In 1972, Mr. Hall became associated with the Miami firm of Frates, Floyd, Pearson, Stewart, Proenza and Richman. Mr. Hall remained with that firm for three years. While with that firm, Mr. Hall defended John D. Ehrlichman, formerly President Nixon's senior advisor for domestic affairs, in the "Plumber's" trial and in the "Watergate" trial.

In February, 1975, Mr. Hall opened his offices for the practice of law. Subsequently, Mr. Hall became the senior and founding partner of the firm of Storace, Hall and Hauser from June 1975 until April 1979, Hall and Hauser from April 1979 until March 1982, and now Hall, Lamb and Hall.

Among other celebrated cases, in addition to his defense of John Ehrlichman in the "Watergate" trials, Mr. Hall has served as lead counsel in the defense of former Ambassador Marvin L. Warner arising from the failure of the Ohio state insured savings and loan industry; and has won a number of multi-million dollar verdicts for clients which have included Security Pacific Bank, Union Bank, Spanno Corporation, Georgetown Manor, Inc., and Burger King Corporation.

Mr. Hall currently is a trustee of the University of Florida College of Law Foundation, and is a member of the Law Center Council of the University of Florida, Holland Law Center. Mr. Hall has previously served as a member of many Bar Committees.

Mr. Hall is a member of The Florida Bar, American Judicature Society, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; and is a sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Hall is active in Jewish affairs. Mr. Hall is on the National Board of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society. His is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a former member of the Board of Directors of Aish HaTorah of South Florida, a former member of the Commission on Jewish Continuity for Greater Miami, is Chairman of Partnership 2000 for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and is a member of Temple Judea.

Mr. Hall's many other community activities have included being a member of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals, the New World School of Arts, President of the South Florida Transplant Foundation and a member of the Council of 100 of FIU.

Mr. Hall's voluntary bar activities include serving as a Member of the State Committee on Evidence and as a member of the State Committee on Civil Procedure for the Florida Bar. Mr. Hall has appeared as a panelist before the American Bar Association Seminar on accounting malpractice litigation and before the International Franchise Organization Forum on the subject of franchise litigation. Mr. Hall has lectured and written on various aspects of litigation and procedure.

Mr. Hall is a member of The Florida Bar, The Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Hall is a member of the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Hall has been recognized in Who's Who In The World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law for the past 12 years.
