About Angeline
Angie began her law career in 1987 as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas. She practiced family law with Tom Goranson from 1988 until 1992, then served as an Associate Judge in both the 256th and 254th Judicial District Courts. Angie returned to the firm January 1, 1996. She is Board Certified in Family Law and plays an active role with the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Attorneys Serving the Community, and Dallas Alliance of Collaborative Professionals. Additionally, she served as a board member of the
Angie's background as a former child abuse case worker and her judicial experience have led her to believe strongly in fair interest-based settlements in family matters. This philosophy has led her to the forefront of Collaborative Law, a divorce negotiation process in which the parties and their attorneys cooperate to keep the dissolution of the marriage out of the courthouse. Angie is now working to further the use of Collaborative Law around the
