About Anne
I have been in private practice as a solo practitioner since graduating from law school in 1993. I pride myself on giving my clients personal service and attention. In many cases, I will come to you if it is inconvenient for you to come to me.
Although my practice is moderately concentrated in Real Estate Purchases, Sales and Condominium Conversions, I practice in many other areas. I have converted numerous multi family residential dwellings from apartments into condominiums. I have represented many home buyers and sellers. I have represented consumers against insurance companies who unlawfully refuse to pay valid claims. I represent Landlords and Tenants, and because I understand both sides of the Landlord Tenant relationship, I can better assess the needs and risks of a client's legal situation. I have helped injured clients obtain compensation for significant injuries that interfered with their ability to live and work.
I am located in the West Roxbury section of Boston, but welcome business in Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, and Middlesex Counties.
