Charges: Assault and Battery. Results: Hung jury. District attorney re-filed the case and then reduced the charge to infraction of disturbing the peace. Charges: Child endangerment. Results: Six months’ probation. Charges: DUI. Results: Client absconded from the state for four years after DUI charge. Attorney recalled the warrant and obtained full dismissal. Traffic Violations: Charges: Speeding and Failure to Appear. Results: Dismissal and $50 fine.
