We Are There For Our Clients Through It ALL!
We Are There For Our Clients Through It ALL! Like so many others who owe private student loans, I felt for years as if I was "renting" my career as 1/3rd of my paycheck was being used to pay the high monthly amount due to Navient with no relief in site. I was paying interest only as that is all I could afford whereby my principle balance continued to increase. I paid on my student loans for almost 7 years and just could not continue paying the exaggerated interest rates that continued to create stress, sadness and frustration every single month. I need to say that I was instantly relieved when I discovered this law firm. I did a Google search for help with student loan debt, I read the reviews here and on their Facebook page, I began following them on FB to see how they responded to their followers and quickly became a believer. I contacted the firm about 1 year prior to settling and did everything they suggested. I was never kept in the dark about anything and any time I had a question or a concern, there was always someone there to answer me. When we finally settled about 4 months ago, I felt the weight from the burden of this loan debt lift immediately. I couldn't believe it and at times, still don't. This situation we now find ourselves in financially with so many, like myself, who have lost employment, income, and freedom is unprecedented. Fitzgerald & Campbell has been here for me through it all. I am making payments to them that are affordable to me and they get it! They really really get it. They do not expect more than is possible for me. The settlement they got for me has been nothing short of amazing! My monthly payment to Navient is affordable and the best part is that there is an end date! Yes! I will be out from under the heavy cloak of student loan debt and I feel relieved. I highly recommend this firm! Do as they recommend to the letter and you too will feel the relief that I have felt for 4 months now - and you can't put a price on that. Thank you F&C for giving me my life back. S.R. 3/22/2021TEAM vs. Granite State Insurance Company Practice Area: Insurance Date: Aug 15, 2013 Outcome: $855,000 for TEAM Description: Our client Total Education Activity Model (TEAM) had a fire at their facility and the insurance company refused to pay the damages
Navient Solutions, LLC Settled!
January 29, 2021: $77,601.00 Navient Solutions, LLC was settled for $5,500.00. Saving our client over 92% of the debt!Another 5 Star Review from one of our clients!
Fitgerald & Campbell are very easy to work with. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Both Stephen Reider and Samuel Foster (Case Manager) were willing to help efficiently and effectively. I liked that all of my questions were answered in terms I could understand. Additionally, there were a few times that I needed things explained over and everyone was very patient with my lack of knowledge regarding the laws of bankruptcy and what was required to file. Last but not least, gathering all of the information can be quite frustrating. However, Mr. Reider explained why a document was needed and why it was required or to be updated before we could proceed. My service with this firm exceeded my expectations. Since I have never done this before, I was very concerned about how all of the proceedings worked, how long it would take, what was required, how to properly get my message across to the board and the entire bankruptcy. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, effective and easily it was handled. Should anyone require legal services in the area I won't hesitate to send them to Fitzgerald & Campbell. - 7-31-2017, ROBIN G.Navient Solutions, LLC Settled!
