Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I represented Image Pro International Inc in a chapter 11 restructuring case that was confirmed by the Court after all Classes of creditors voted to accept our client's proposed plan. In that Chapter 11 plan, the unsecured creditors agreed to settle their million dollar claims for 10 cents on the dollar over 10 years.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is important because it insures our clients that their case moves along smoothly. For example, our local judges and trustees have different requirements that need to be adhered to or the client's case will be dismissed.

Either by phone or in person, a free consultation offers the client an experienced opinion on their legal issues.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

The client should have any and all corresponding documentation about their legal issues handy. Moreover, the client should know basic information like their gross earnings, monthly expenses and personal assets.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I really enjoy being an attorney because it gives me the opportunity to use the law to make someone's life better.
