About Aristides Kico
Aristides "Kico" Diaz was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on December 10, 1964. In 1987, he graduated from California State university (Sacramento) with a degree in Finance. Thereafter, Mr. Diaz joined the U.S. Navy as an F-14 Radar Intercept Officer and was qualified as a Mission Commander. In addition to his flight duties, Mr. Diaz graduated in the top 10% of his Legal Officer Training class at the Naval Justice School and served as the VF-14 Squadron Legal Officer for a period of two years. In 1997, Mr. Diaz graduated (cum laude) from Florida State College of Law. Prior to graduation, he was a judicial extern serving under Justice Wells at the Florida Supreme Court. On April 19, 2002, Mr. Diaz formed Diaz Law.
Mr. Diaz practice focuses primarily on business-related matters. He handles incorporations, purchases and sales of businesses, and contracts of all kinds. In addition, Mr. Diaz has an extensive practice in business litigation throughout the State of Florida.
