Mr. Holzer became licensed in the State of Arizona in December of 2007. In January of 2008 he began working for Wattel and York, LLC (“Wattel and York”) a firm specializing in personal injury claims. There, Mr. Holzer engaged in all aspects of litigating personal injury claims, including discovery, conducting and defending depositions, arbitrations, settlement conferences, mediations, motion practice, and post-settlement lien resolution and settlement disbursements. Mr. Holzer also tried several jury trials as either first or second chair. Mr. Holzer routinely oversaw over one hundred litigation cases at a time, supervising a dozen paralegals/support staff. Following law school, Manny accepted a position as an Assistant City Prosecutor at the Chandler City Prosecutor’s Office where he served for seven years. He then became a Deputy Public Defender at the Pinal County Public Defender’s Office, serving in this capacity for three years.
