Mr. Holzer became licensed in the State of Arizona in December of 2007. In January of 2008 he began working for Wattel and York, LLC (“Wattel and York”) a firm specializing in personal injury claims. There, Mr. Holzer engaged in all aspects of litigating personal injury claims, including discovery, conducting and defending depositions, arbitrations, settlement conferences, mediations, motion practice, and post-settlement lien resolution and settlement disbursements.
