Kaitlin Simone DiMaggio is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She went to law school so she could represent a close family member after he was unjustly sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. Her involvement in his case drives her passion to help others who are enmeshed in the legal system. During her time in law school, Kaitlin worked over 350 hours of pro bono service working on the post-conviction cases of men and women who experienced a manifest injustice or who claimed innocence. She also holds a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and maintains her license to practice therapy. Before earning her law degree, Kaitlin earned a master's degree in counseling and she practiced as a licensed therapist. She worked at a court-mandated counseling agency running group and individual therapy sessions for those convicted of domestic violence and drug-related offenses, later becoming the Clinical Supervisor of an offender treatment program and a Program Manager for a government contract. Kaitlin is an advocate for criminal justice reform and is passionate about helping clients who are enmeshed in the legal system. Kaitlin has experience working on criminal cases involving domestic violence, sex-related offenses, DUI’s, and more. Additionally, she has worked on numerous post-conviction cases and parole hearings. Simone is also a zealous advocate for clients in family court, and has worked on cases involving custody disputes, divorce, and child support. Frederick C. Thomas (“Fred”) has lived in Arizona for nearly thirty consecutive years, except for six years living in California. Fred went to Deer Valley High School in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University where he obtained a degree in political science. During college, Fred interned with former US Senator Jon Kyl. After graduating college, he worked for American Family Insurance for three years. Realizing that life as an insurance adjuster was not for him, Fred attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Fred is licensed in Arizona, California, and Colorado. Fred is also licensed in each California Federal District Court, the Arizona Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Fred has been practicing law since December 2003. Fred has practiced personal injury law since first becoming a lawyer. He has also represented individuals in habeas corpus matters ensuring that every individual received the Constitutional protections we all deserve. Erin Leary has been licensed in Nebraska since 1984, and in Arizona since 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in probate law. She attended Colorado State University for undergrad with a major in Journalism, and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. She became licensed in Nebraska by motion (reciprocity) in 1984 after passing the Arkansas bar, and became licensed in Arizona in 2000 after passing the Arizona bar.

Mark Andersen is the managing partner of ANDERSEN PLLC. Mark established ANDERSEN PLLC in December 2013 with a vision: (1) to serve families and provide support during times of transition or death of a loved one, (2) to improve the quality of life of those who are no longer able to provide for their own needs, (3) to create order in the estate plans of individuals and to observe their intent, and (4) to promote the visions of other small business owners. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. In a prior career in public accounting that began in 1999, Mark audited large and small businesses, and provided due diligence with regard to purchases of other businesses. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in November of 2000. While in law school in Chicago, Mark advised clients on commercial real estate transactions as a senior consultant for RSM McGladrey. Mark began practicing law in the area of trusts and estates in 2006. From there, he branched into other areas of law, including guardianships, conservatorships and estate litigation. Mark graduated from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois bar later that year, and passed the Arizona bar in July of 2006. After four Chicago winters, Mark had enough and moved his family, which includes his wife (Katie) and two fun-loving kids (Gracie and Brian), back home to Arizona, where they can spend more time with both sets of grandparents. Attorney Jim Vieh earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Government from Harvard. He earned his law degree, as well as an MBA in Finance, from Cornell University. After graduation, he worked for a prominent Phoenix civil litigation firm practicing insurance defense in civil litigation and auto accident cases. He opened his own practice in 1982 & has focused on personal injury and commercial litigation, with additional emphasis on civil litigation & automobile cases. Over the years, his practice has expanded to the areas of business, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Vieh is an AV Rated attorney and is admitted to practice before the Arizona State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona State Bar and serves as a judge pro tem on the Maricopa County Superior Court. In addition to his legal work, he served two terms on the Paradise Valley Town Council, one term as vice-mayor & formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of the Valley of the Sun School and Habilitation Center, which provides housing & care for persons with disabilities.
