I was involved in a premises liability action against a major airliner. Our client sustained significant bodily injury as well as economic injuries. I assisted in settling the matter in mediation for a significant six-figure amount.
How did you build a successful practice?
Through identification of talent and areas of specialization, I have predetermined which areas of law I can best serve clients. I enact a comprehensive and tailored approach to each case. Each case is deserving of the same level of attention and effort.

Clients should look for a lawyer who puts their interest above their own. They should seek a lawyer who is easily accessible, regularly communicates and listens to learn and further their objectives.

Local knowledge is variable and contingent upon the given type of case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
This is variable and contingent on a case-by-case basis. At minimum, I will elicit all relevant case information (including, for instance: determining the existence of evidentiary documentation, witnesses and supportive communications), determine the client's objectives, discuss a timeline of projected events if the consultation leads to representation and give a candid statement of the merits of the case (based upon the information then-known and provided by the prospective client).
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, I worked in the legal field for over a decade. Additionally, I am trilingual.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people resolve their problems.
