Joseph T. Rhodes was raised in Columbia County, GA and graduated from Lakeside High School and then attended and graduated from the University of Georgia. He then attended and graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. After Law School Joe took a position with the Law Firm of King & Spalding, LLP in Atlanta, GA. Joe had been on his own since 2014. Joe focuses his practices in Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Civil Rights Law, and Criminal Defense Law. Joe is the General Counsel for America’s Warrior Partnership, one of the largest veteran’s assistance non-profits in the U.S. he is also on the board of directors for the Pendleton King Park Foundation and a member of the Kiwanis Club of downtown Augusta.

Founding partner, Joseph Spires is a Georgia native with over two decades of legal experience. He specializes in Worker's Compensation, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. From 2002-2008 Joseph was appointed by the Georgia Attorney General to represent the interest of the State of Georgia as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the area of Workers' Compensation. Sam G. Nicholson has been practicing law in Augusta for over 25 years. Sam has served as Chairman of the State Ethics Commission, as a State Representative in the Georgia General Assembly, as the Chairman of the Board of the Augusta Preparatory Day School, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame, and as President of the Parish Counsel of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Augusta.
