A native Baltimorean, Mr. Rifkin has spent his career helping people. He graduated college in three years from the George Washington University with distinction, attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he won the prestigious Edwin R. Keedy Cup in Moot Court competition. He returned home to practice law which he has done since 1982. He has taught legal courses at Stevenson University as an adjunct professor and has chaired the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. He is a long-time member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.

While at the University of Baltimore, Ron was chosen as the Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was elected to the Heuisler Honor Society. Ron''s practice initially focused on the representation of pharmaceutical companies, handling cases around the country for companies such as Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. Preferring to represent individual victims as opposed to big companies, Ron now puts to use the experience he gained in representing big companies to work exclusively for serious injury victims in motor vehicle accident, products liability and medical malpractice cases. Jill A. Kolodner received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1990. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association of Justice and has been a speaker at a bankruptcy bar seminar. Steve is an active commercial arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a much sought after public speaker on law related topics. He served on the Faculty Advisory Board of the Five Towns College for Music and is former counsel to the Long Beach Council for the Arts. He served multiple terms as Vice-President of the Nassau-Suffolk Horseman’s Association, an equine-based NY not-for-profit where he spearheaded legislative change on behalf of the equine industry.
