Many times people do not seek the guidance of an attorney for fear that doing so would be too expensive and complicated. The Kennedy Law Group alleviates those fears right away. Your first consultation is always FREE. During that first meeting, you will find out whether your problem requires the assistance of an attorney and what we can do to help. Fees and costs are discussed upfront. In personal injury cases, fees are based on a contingency basis. You pay no fee unless we win your case. The fee is paid at a percentage of the money you recover.
In certain circumstances, we may determine that your legal needs would be better served by referring your case to one of our co-counsel law firms. This would only be done after consultation with you. Of course, we would only refer your case if we are completely confident that such referral is absolutely in your best interest. The co-counsel referral would be done without you incurring any additional attorney fees or costs.
Finally, we never represent insurance companies; only individuals like you. Therefore, we don't hold back when going after an insurance company for fear of them cutting off their business from us.
