He spent time as a volunteer firefighter while pursuing his bachelors in fire and safety engineering technology. For years, Mr. Miller handled all of the arson cases in Anne Arundel County. In addition, he has presented numerous times as a subject matter expert at the International Association of Arson Investigators and also presented to the Maryland Fire and Explosion Investigators Association. William A.
