Abraham Garcia grew up in Houston, TX. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin. He later graduated with honors and obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Garcia lived in Japan and taught English to elementary and middle school students. Mr. Garcia has been practicing law since 2014. He began practicing law doing insurance defense. He has worked for numerous insurance companies and learned how they operate. Mr. Garcia now represents clients who have been hurt by the negligence of someone else. He helps his clients obtain the best possible results whether it's via settlement or trial. Mr. Garcia’s main area of practice is car wrecks, with a strong focus on 18-wheeler cases. In these cases, his role is to work the case up for trial and obtain as much information as possible that will add value to the client’s case. He believes these cases are unique because there is often a large amount of evidence and information available that can make a significant difference when properly developed. What makes Mr. Garcia’s approach unique is his commitment to continuously studying to stay up to date. Outside of handling cases, he spends time studying through CLEs, trial guides, and webinars to continue improving his skills as an attorney. When clients ask what he does for them, Mr. Garcia explains that his goal is to make sure they get better and to put as much money in their pocket as possible to fairly compensate them for what happened to them. Clients who work with him can expect communication, trust, and guidance throughout the process. He communicates with clients by phone, text, email, through staff, and personally when needed. Mr. Garcia believes a good attorney-client relationship is important because insurance companies are known to drag their feet and unnecessarily prolong cases. Outside of work, Mr. Garcia enjoys studying and spending time with family. Carlos A. Saldaña was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Mr. Saldana moved to Houston, Texas. Mr. Saldana attended South Texas College of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2014. Mr. Saldaña began his legal career as a defense lawyer for several large insurance companies. After trying multiple jury trials to verdict for the insurance companies, Mr. Saldaña shifted his practice to work for victims of negligence. Mr. Saldaña is passionate about helping victims bring accountability to others through ethical, legal means.

Mr. Kinard was born and raised in Southeast Texas. After graduating from Lamar University, he attended Baylor University School of Law where he founded and served as president of the Baylor Public Interest Legal Society, an organization dedicated to public service in the legal profession. Prior to co-founding KGS Law, Mr. Kinard worked as a litigation attorney in Houston representing plaintiffs in personal injury and first party insurance cases. Mr. Kinard has handled hundreds of cases on behalf of injured victims against insurance companies and has extensive trial and appellate experience.

Hector Salinas was born and raised in Edinburg, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army for four years and received an Honorable Discharge following his tenure. After graduating from UT-RGV, he attended Texas Wesleyan Law School in Fort Worth, Texas, which is now Texas A&M Law School. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. His hobbies include writing novels, raising his bull terrier, and sports. He’s also written a screenplay, which eventually became a feature film and premiered on HBO in 2016. Hector Salinas had his own law firm for over 15 years and specialized in immigration, personal injury, and civil litigation. However, maintaining the business side of running his own law firm limited his ability to practice law exclusively, therefore, working with KGS has provided him the opportunity to practice on a full-time basis which has given him a greater appreciation for the law and its purpose. Additionally, he’s a father to three boys and spends as much time as possible raising them because they are his pride and joy. And finally, he takes his oath as a lawyer extremely serious and tries to take a personal interest in every client he represents based on the premise that the client is the sole reason attorneys are necessary.

Attorney Alexander Menchaca was born and raised in the border town of El Paso, Texas who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the civil litigation field. His dedication to his clients and their families is the primary motivation for his practice and success. To achieve his dream of becoming a successful litigation attorney, Attorney Menchaca attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English and Criminology. Alex was accepted to attend and graduated cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, where he was distinguished for his academic achievements and extracurricular pursuits. While in law school, Attorney Menchaca worked as a legal clerk for defense litigation firms that set the foundation for his future litigation practice. Alex was accepted into the United States Attorney’s Office Honors Program where he interned with United States Prosecutors in the Middle District of Florida, the second-most populous district in the nation. His time with the U.S. Attorney’s Office allowed him an opportunity to develop his legal writing skills and spend invaluable time in the federal courtroom. Attorney Menchaca was additionally a member of multiple organizations in law school including the Federal Bar Association, Hispanic Law Student Association, and the Pacific Law Student Association. Attorney Menchaca’s legal experience spans the civil and criminal fields. As a law student, Attorney Menchaca clerked with multiple defense litigation firms with a focus on first- and third-party insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, negligent security, trucking and transportation, automobile liability, and dram shop liability. Attorney Menchaca has extensive experience in handling the rigorous channels of litigation, including discovery, leading depositions, drafting complex legal documents, assisting in trial matters, and participating in oral arguments/hearings in front of the judge. When he has the opportunity, Attorney Menchaca enjoys traveling and hiking. He loves spending time with family and friends. Attorney Menchaca is an avid sports fan, who also enjoys reading and is enthusiastic about keeping up with old and new films alike.

Cameron E. Kallina serves as an Associate Attorney at KGS Law, where he focuses his practice on personal injury law. Committed to advocating for injured clients, Mr. Kallina brings fresh perspectives and dedicated representation to each case he handles. Mr. Kallina earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2024, where he developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy and personal injury litigation. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in 2021, where he served as an Associate Justice on the Student Body Court, building the analytical and communication skills that serve his clients today. Khalid Aboujamous earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC), where he further developed his advocacy and dispute-resolution skills. During law school, Khalid was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team and served on the Executive Board of the Muslim Legal Society. He also trained as a mediator and volunteered with the UHLC Mediation Clinic, assisting in the resolution of disputes referred by the Dispute Resolution Center of Harris County. Before joining KGS Law Group, Khalid practiced as a Personal Injury Plaintiff’s Attorney at Pierce Skrabanek PLLC. There, he managed a docket of more than 140 cases in both pre-litigation and litigation, gaining extensive experience in case management, client advocacy, and settlement negotiation. Khalid is bilingual in English and Arabic, speaking fluent conversational Arabic. Erica Jackson was raised in Stafford, Texas, a small town near Houston. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, graduating cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, she received numerous academic honors, including recognition as the university’s highest-ranking political science student, and was named both a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and a W.E.B. Du Bois Scholar. Erica was initiated into the Beta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in 2010 and remains an active member, dedicated to serving her community through the organization’s programs and initiatives. Following her undergraduate studies, Mrs. Jackson earned her Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she attended on academic scholarship. She gained valuable legal experience as a law clerk for a personal injury firm and as a student attorney in the Southern University Divorce Clinic. After passing the Louisiana Bar Exam, Mrs. Jackson began practicing personal injury law and was later admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
