About Barry
Mr. Elson began his career performing internal labor relations for the Board and General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) as employers in dealing with their own employees. After working as an attorney in the Los Angeles and Philadelphia regional offices of the NLRB and the General Counsel’s division of advice in Washington, D.C., he entered private practice in 1978, with a primary concentration in labor and employment law and the remainder in civil litigation. Over the years Mr. Elson’s representation has regularly involved health care, manufacturing and service businesses, profit and not-for-profit, public and private sectors, unionized and non-union entities as well as the representation of lawyers and law firms. Mr. Elson is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
