Charge: First Degree Murder Trial Began 9/19/08 – Verdict 10/10/08 NOT GUILTY OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER Client was charged with the murder of his wife. State’s evidence included DNA which indicated the presence of the Client’s blood under the wife’s thumb nail.
