Born and raised in Chicago, Barry M. Rosenbloom learned from his father, with whom he practiced for many years, a love of the practice of law. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1978, and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1978, and received a B.S. Degree from the University of Illinois in 1975.
