Randall (“Randy”) Wolfe, is our founding Partner. Randy earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara, where he was honored as its “Best Oral Advocate.” He has been admitted to practice law in Oregon since 1989. He is also licensed to practice law in Washington State. He is a President’s Circle Member of the Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association. Randy is married with four children.

Marc Johnston is the owner and Managing Attorney of Johnston Law Firm, P.C. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon and specializes in handling personal injury, wrongful death, and civil trials. He has a winning trial and arbitration record and fights tirelessly for his clients. Mr. Johnston’s career has been dedicated to representing the injured and surviving family members of people killed by negligence. Bob Casey is a practicing attorney in the state of Oregon. He graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1991 with his J.D.

I graduated from law school with the goal of working in criminal defense. For approximately the first four years of my practice, I accepted privately retained and court-appointed criminal defense cases and gained valuable trial experience. After I was rear-ended three times in one year and suffered compounded whiplash, I became interested in personal injury law. Since then, I have expanded my practice into include a combination of criminal and general civil litigation including auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, product liability, police misconduct, expungements, stalking/restraining orders. I offer a free phone consultation for personal injury clients only. For landlord tenant cases, we must first do a conflicts check, then my initial consultation rate is $200.00 which is a reduction of our normal $300.00 hourly rate. If you are a tenant, I sometimes offer a contingency fee rate after the initial consultation.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Burke worked as an editor and reporter in the newspaper business before immigrating to Portland by following the Oregon Trail in the mid-2000s. While not practicing law, Brendan enjoys golf, pub trivia, comedy, reading and rooting for the Denver Broncos!

Steven Leskin spent twenty-four years as a trial attorney in Portland specializing in tort and professional malpractice litigation, federal administrative law, and domestic relations. Experienced in all areas of law practice management and technology.

Attorney Brian S. Ruff comes to Clark Law and Associates with over 20 years of experience in personal injury law.  He graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where he was the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and became an attorney in 1998.  However, Brian has worked in the legal industry since 1993. Brian has been guiding injury victims through the complicated maze of the claims process, fighting for their right to recover compensation from the country’s largest insurers, for most of his career. Early on, he spent five years as an insurance defense lawyer and brings with him the unique behind-the-scenes experience that came with it. Brian and his wife have two children and own a home in Clackamas County.  In his free time, Brian enjoys photography and astronomy.  He is also a Portland Timbers season ticket holder and a vocal member of the Timbers Army.
