Thomas R. Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October of 1989, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Patterson has represented injured workers since 1991. In 1995 he limited his practice to workers compensation claims and has exclusively represented injured workers since that time. He does not represent employers or insurance companies. Mr. Patterson has been named a Super Lawyer in the field of Workersโ Compensation by the publication Law and Politics for the past 5 years. Because Thomas Patterson handles only Workersโ Compensation claims you can be confident he will provide you with the highest quality legal counsel, and will work with you to obtain the best outcome possible for your claim. His goal is to help his clients receive the full extent of benefits they are entitled to under the Workerโs Compensation laws of the state of Minnesota. Attorney Thomas Patterson believes every injured worker should seek the counsel of an attorney specializing in workers compensation matters to take advantage of the attorneyโs knowledge and experience. Injured employees need to understand their rights under the law to be sure they are receiving all the compensation due them. Clients can be confident that all consultations are confidential, and there will be no fee unless you are awarded compensation.
