Thomas R. Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October of 1989, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Patterson has represented injured workers since 1991. In 1995 he limited his practice to workers compensation claims and has exclusively represented injured workers since that time. He does not represent employers or insurance companies. Jim is a native of Litchfield, Minnesota. Stuart Nostdahl practices in the areas of civil litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, and estate planning and probate. Stuart brings a broad range of experience to his practice thanks to his years working as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen C. Aldrich in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District. There, he worked extensively in a wide variety of civil, criminal, and family law cases. Originally from North Dakota, Stuart moved to Minnesota to attend law school at the University of Minnesota. He now resides with his wife and sons in South Minneapolis. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys traveling to lake country and taking in all the culture and entertainment that the Twin Cities have to offer.
