Stuart Nostdahl practices in the areas of civil litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, and estate planning and probate. Stuart brings a broad range of experience to his practice thanks to his years working as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen C. Aldrich in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District. There, he worked extensively in a wide variety of civil, criminal, and family law cases. Originally from North Dakota, Stuart moved to Minnesota to attend law school at the University of Minnesota. He now resides with his wife and sons in South Minneapolis. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys traveling to lake country and taking in all the culture and entertainment that the Twin Cities have to offer.

Amanda Furth has represented people with workers’ compensation and other personal injuries since 2003. She enjoys helping clients move forward to find the best medical care to help them recover and rehabilitation services to help them get back to work. Amanda graduated from St. Olaf College in 2000 Cum Laude with a double major in Political Science and Hispanic Studies. She then moved on to law school at Hamline University School of Law, graduating in 2003. While in law school, she joined Osterbauer Law Firm as a law clerk and began to learn the personal injury and workers’ compensation fields. Amanda has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 2003. She was named a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, recognizing her as a top workers’ compensation attorney in the state of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association, as well as the Amdahl Inn of Court. Originally from New Ulm, MN, Amanda enjoys baseball, festivals and German food. She is an avid sports fan who attends many Twins, Timberwolves, and Gophers games. She serves on the board of the Harold Mezile North Community YMCA Youth & Teen Enrichment Center in North Minneapolis and is active in the St. Olaf College Alumni groups.

Todd Gardner began his professional life as a middle school teacher but opted to go to law school in his mid-twenties. During his time in law school, he clerked in the contracts department at Wells Fargo during the merger with Norwest Bank, clerked for five judges in the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings Workers' Compensation Division, and interned with a Hennepin County District Court judge. Following law school, he began working in a Minneapolis small firm representing injured workers and injured persons and later experienced representing insurance companies with a medium-sized law firm in St. Paul. In 2002, he left defending insurance companies and opened Gardner Law Office, LLC, focusing on serving the needs of the injured. With over 20 years of legal experience, Todd is personable and easy to talk to, but will always fight aggressively and ethically for his clients. Gerald W. Bosch represents injured workers throughout Minnesota for their workers’ compensation claims.
