Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We recently represented a client who sustained injuries in an auto accident. The client had been released by his previous attorney because the party who was at fault for the accident could not be located. The client incurred medical bills and vehicle repair bills because of the accident and would have been left to pay those out of pocket expenses himself had he not come to our firm. Within days after signing up with our firm we acquired the necessary insurance information and his property damage claim was promptly taken care of. The personal injury portion of his claim was settled within 6 months of signing up. We were able to able to effectuate a successful and relatively quick resolution to this client's case when other firms were not even willing to work with this client for reasons outside the client's control.
How did you build a successful practice?
The most important part of building a successful plaintiff personal injury practice is providing each client the attention they deserve. A large base of satisfied clients is the best marketing tool there is as they tend to recommend our firm to others who may be in need of legal assistance. Achieving our goal of creating a successful practice through happy clients involves a great deal of hard work and a willingness to take time to respond to each client's questions and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner. Although we cannot guarantee a specific result for a client's case we can certainly guarantee our dedication to the client's cause, and we sincerely believe that shines through in the end.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
One of the most important characteristics a client should look for in a lawyer is a true manifestation of a client-first attitude. At Ben Bronston & Associates we recognize that each client's situation is unique and that each client requires individualized attention in the handling of their case. We strive to meet each of our client's needs as we realize that each case, no matter how big or small, is a very meaningful to the client involved. Additionally clients should seek out an attorney who possesses great deal of experience in handling the client's particular type of case (such as car accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, etc.). This experience will allow for a much smoother process as the attorney will be able to use methods perfected over time which have yielded the most favorable results. Experience will also allow the attorney to adequately explain the process to the client and set reasonable expectations.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is an often overlooked factor when considering which attorney to hire, but it can be one of the most important factors in the eventual success of a case. At Ben Bronston & Associates, our attorneys and staff have decades of experience helping clients in the Houston area as well as from all over Texas and Louisiana. This experience provides us with an unparalleled understanding of the viewpoints and tendencies of local juries and courts which in turn allows us to craft arguments and present cases in the most favorable way possible.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We can assess a potential client's claim and determine how we can assist with the claim, including determining whether a lawsuit should be filed. We will inform the potential client of their rights and answer any questions they may have about taking legal action.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
One of the primary differentiating factors that makes our firm unique is the ability to help clients with cases not only in the Houston metropolitan area and throughout Texas but also in Louisiana. Mr. Bronston is a Louisiana native and is licensed to practice law there in addition to Texas. This provides our firm a tremendous advantage in helping people who may live in Texas but are injured in Louisiana when traveling or when working there. The Louisiana legal system is considerably different from the legal systems of most other states which is why it is extremely important for anyone who has a case based in Louisiana to have an attorney with a comprehensive understanding of Louisiana law.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Clients visit us during extremely turbulent, frustrating and downright scary times in their lives, and we take pride in being able to help guide them through those situations. Seeing a client able to take a sigh of relief at the end of their case is particularly rewarding. It makes our attorneys and staff feel as if we have accomplished our goal of helping our client put the pieces of their life back together and return to normalcy.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Mr. Bronston enjoys spending quality time with his family as well as attending sporting events for all of Houston's professional teams.
Are you involved in your community?
Mr. Bronston is an active participant in the United Way, Congregation Beth Israel and The Shlenker School.
