Josh Mostyn is a founding Member of Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC. He is a past Benton County Bar Association President. Josh clerked for the Hon. Brad Karren in the Rogers District Court, as well as in the Legal Department at Tyson Foods, Inc., through Arkansas School of Law’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program. Josh is a former legislative extern to Congressman Steve Womack in Arkansas’ 3rd Congressional District. He has served as the Legislative Director for the Arkansas chapter of National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and Josh was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2008.
