Thomas Loikith is Of Counsel in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department, concentrating his practice in financial services law, commercial transactions, real estate, and business law. Mr. Loikith has extensive experience in representing financial services clients, representing lenders and borrowers in commercial asset-based and real estate loan transactions, and forming and counseling small businesses. Michael J. Brady is a partner in and the Chairman of Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department. He received his B.A. in History and English from Ithaca College in 1978. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1982. Since he started practicing law in New York City in 1982, Mr. Brady has counseled business clients in all areas of commercial law including business planning and organization, financing, leasing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brady has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate ranging from sales and acquisitions to § 1031 exchanges. Mr. Brady also represents numerous national and local community banks in connection with commercial loan transactions of every nature. Mr. Brady is a founding Trustee of “It’s a Wonderful Life”, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation and a former member of the Board of Directors of “Oasis: A Safe Haven for Women and Children”. Mr. Brady is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Arcola Country Club. Mr. Brady is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York (1982), the courts of the State of New Jersey (1985), and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1985). Mr. Brady has been awarded a AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Richard W. LeBlancq is a partner in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department concentrating in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate lending, workouts, closely-held businesses, land use and development, and real estate tax appeals. Mr. LeBlancq has been with Harwood Lloyd since 1984. Mr. LeBlancq received his B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 1973. He received his J.D. from Seton Law School in 1981. Mr. LeBlancq was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the Bergen County District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee, and served as the Chairman of Bergen County District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Allendale Sports Alliance. He served as counsel to the Northeast Jersey Bankers Association from 1990-1999. Mr. LeBlancq is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1982) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1982). Allyson M. Kasetta is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department, specializing in land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters. She regularly represents developers and property owners in all aspects of the development process, including appeals to the Superior Court of New Jersey, and has a thorough knowledge of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. With prior experience representing municipal planning and zoning boards, Ms. Kasetta has a unique perspective on the interactions between developers and the approving authorities, as well as a familiarity with the practices and procedures of many different municipalities. Ms. Kasetta received her B.S. in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2000 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2009. Ms. Kasetta is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Kasetta is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREWNJ). Robyn B. Lindsay is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department and its Commercial Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and residential real estate. Ms. Lindsay has extensive experience in drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies. Ms. Lindsay is experienced in all phases of the probate process, including probating of wills, preparing and filing of death and inheritance tax returns, drafting and filing of disclaimers and implementing other post-mortem planning techniques. Ms. Lindsay also has considerable experience in the area of real estate purchases, sales and refinances including residential homes, condominiums and cooperatives. Ms. Lindsay received her B.A. in Economics and Music from Colgate University in 1984. She received her J.D. from New York Law School in 1991. Ms. Lindsay is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1992), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1992), and the courts of the State of New York (1992). Ms. Lindsay is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.

John W. McDermott is a Co-Managing Partner of Harwood Lloyd, LLP. Mr. McDermott has engaged in all aspects of commercial transactions and litigation including but not limited to real estate, loans, mortgage foreclosures, fraud, land use and zoning. He is presently spearheading the development of the firm’s new Cannabis Law practice group. Mr. McDermott received his B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from St. Peter’s College in 2003. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. While at Seton Hall, Mr. McDermott was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and aided in drafting semester assignments which highlighted current discrepancies in federal appellate circuit court decisions. Additionally, Mr. McDermott authored, “Growth Attenuation in the Profoundly Developmentally Disabled: A therapeutic Option or a Socioeconomic Convenience” which was published in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Mr. McDermott clerked for the Hon. Mark M. Russello, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County. Prior to joining Harwood Lloyd, Mr. McDermott worked for a Fortune 100 Company in Manhattan. He is actively involved in the community and has participated in and arranged various pro bono projects. Mr. McDermott is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (2008), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2008), and the courts of the State of New York (2009). Mr. McDermott was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court and is currently Vice Chair of the District IIB Ethics Committee. He was also previously appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the New Jersey Fee Arbitration Committee where he served as Vice Chairman of the Bergen County District Fee Arbitration Committee. James P. Logan and his brother, William E. Logan (deceased), were founding partners in 1961 of Logan and Logan, Attorneys at Law, located in Englewood, New Jersey. The firm’s name was changed in 1993 to Logan, Logan and Lindsay when Robyn Lindsay became a partner. The firm merged with Harwood Lloyd, LLP. in 2006 where Mr. Logan is now Of Counsel. Throughout his career Mr. Logan represented several Bergen County municipalities as municipal attorney, planning board attorney, board of adjustment attorney, board of education attorney and sewerage authority attorney. He also was appointed and served as a municipal judge. Practice areas of his law firm included wills, trusts and estates, real estate law, municipal law, litigation and business law. With regard to community service, Mr. Logan was a member and President of the Tenafly Board of Education, a member and Chairman of the Board of the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and President of the Tenafly Presbyterian Church Board of Trustees. Mr. Logan received his B.A. from Trinity College in 1954. Upon graduation he served as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he was a navigator in the Material Air Transport Service. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1960. Mr. Logan is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1960), the United States Court of Claims, (1989) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1990).

David McBride is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd in its Commercial and Real Estate Department. Mr. McBride received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1969 and his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law in 1973. He has experience in real estate transactions, including commercial closings, residential closings, co-operative transfers and lease negotiations. Mr. McBride is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1973) and the courts of the State of New York (1983).
