At Berton N. Ring, P.C., we recognize that not all cases are the same—and that goes for billing as well. Flat fees (routine uncontested matters), contingency (our fee is based upon the success of the case), modified contingency, hourly billing, and deferred hourly billing are all available, depending on the nature of your case, and determined at the time we commence representation. Our current hourly rates range from $225 – $625 for attorneys, and $75 – $125 for paralegal services and experienced law students. Berton N. Ring, P.C. is also a member of the Illinois Trade Association, and our services are available through barter in compliance with the IRS rules. Reduced hourly fees, with success bonuses, are also available to creditworthy clients, or in cases of material value.
