Elaine was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and attended school in Hillsborough County at H.B. Plant High, junior college at Hillsborough Community College. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of South Florida in December of 1991. She is a sole proprietor and solo practictioner that works on a variety of cases including Family Law matters, Criminal Defense, Probate and Guardianship and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury cases. Elaine also devotes a small portion of her practice to representing Plaintiffs in employment discrimination claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Elaine is currently looking to expand her practice into the area of Sports and Entertainment Law.
