As some of you may already know, I am retiring effective January 31, 2022, and will be closing my practice after that date. It has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you, in whatever capacity, but particularly in the collaborative law model. Using a team model, the process affords those in conflict a safe and structured environment in which to work together to resolve their dispute. The collaborative process helps the couple to preserve and promote the best portions of their relationship as they dissolve their union, enabling them to create their own settlement and move forward with the rest of their lives.
