Alexander Shunnarah, founder and CEO of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, realizes that the legal industry is not one size fits all. While he was born and raised in Birmingham, Alexander’s parents risked everything they had to bring his family to the United States and take advantage of the American Dream. He believes that being an attorney allows him to safeguard the very freedoms his parents believed in and came here for, from economic and political freedoms to cultural and religious liberties. By offering his clients the legal knowledge to achieve maximum recovery for their injuries, Alexander encourages them to pursue the rights and privileges that he believes should be afforded to all Americans. Before he began his legal career, Alexander and his father experimented with several different business ventures, learning valuable lessons in marketing, leadership, and the overall struggles of business operations. Shunnarah utilized his knowledge to establish Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in 2001, with the aim of connecting with potential clients and inspiring his lawyers with his unwavering belief in the fairness and justice that our country offers. Currently, Alexander resides in Vestavia with his three daughters. He is actively involved with Church of the Highlands. Alexander has practiced personal injury law throughout Alabama and nationwide since 1996, focusing on car and truck accidents, premises liability, product liability, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and mass torts.

Bob has practiced law since 1995. He grew up in Hartselle, Alabama and graduated from Hartselle High School in 1987. He received an undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University in 1995. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1995. Prior to law school, Bob served U. S. Senator Richard Shelby as Campaign Finance Director. While in law school, he was legal research assistant to Dean Charles Gamble, author of McElroy’s Alabama Evidence. He served as Vice-president of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Bob was selected for publication in the Alabama Trial Lawyer’s Journal. His article entitled, “Making the Internet an Indispensable Part of Case Evaluation and Investigation” appeared in the Fall 1999 edition. He had previously delivered this topic at the 1999 ATLA Annual Summer Seminar. Bob was also appointed to be co-chair of the Automobile Law subcommittee of the American Bar Association. He served on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and moderates an online discussion group for Alabama Trial Lawyers.
