I signed a contract with them two months ago. Hadn’t heard anything from them called today. All I got was an apology that no one called to say I was rejected., I’ve wasted two months on a case that I needed to happen. I received a busy Signal for the last month to the office, I spoke to then decided to call the Alabama office where I was told this. Completely unprofessional, I really needed help. I wish I had not waited.
This lawyer firm ruined my life. Unprofessional and lazy. Didn't do hardly any work completely overlooked a BIG part of my disability on paper so that medical condition just didn't count. Lawyer showed up late to my court appointment and pissed the judge off, and because of that I was denied my benefits. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Make a more informed decision instead of advertising.
Here's another law office that doesn't even return calls. I've been waiting over 2 months for any information about my case, give negative stars if I could.
this attorney firm is horrible. We’ve been dealing with our case for over 2 years now and just were able to sign our papers to get our check last month on the 17th of july and they said we’d be able to come get our check on the 19th. the 19th comes no updates or anything so i call but apparently they were busy. so I call back everyday since they won’t call you and give you updates on the case. i’ve called everyday after the 19th and everytime i want to speak with someone about my check “they’re busy on another call” or “they aren’t in today”. the lady always says she’ll call back but never does. This absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t take this long. I will NEVER recommend alexander to anyone ever again and i’m hoping to God they get shut down because they do no work anyways.
A very unprofessional Law Firm they already knew the time and the date of my hearing for my disability I sent them information by email that they needed and of the date and time of my hearing. then I get a call today almost a month later telling me that they can't represent me because the attorney don't have enough time to look through my paperwork I done sent them a copy previous of all my health conditions.they should have already told me they wouldn't be able to see me and I had took a picture of my letter from disability with a date and the time of my hearing and sent it to them before they even sent me the e-sign forms to sign,dishonest.
