Chad Finley is a partner at TorHoerman Law and has been with us since 2009. Mark Bates has practiced law for over 30 years, primarily in Missouri and Illinois. He specializes in employment law and workers' compensation. Over his career, he has acted as leading counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Macy's, Dial, Mallinckrodt Chemical, Kroger, TWA, Express Scripts, Johnson Controls, and Owens-Illinois, along with insurance companies such as AIG, Traveler's, Liberty Mutual, Guide One, and Republic Insurance. Mark is also experienced at criminal defense, having worked previously as a military policeman and a MEDICO-Legal Investigator for St. Louis City.
