Peck Law Offices was established in 1960 by the late Russell Peck, Sr. His aim was to start a law firm dedicated to providing probate administration services in Massachusetts. Before his death, Russell Peck, Jr. worked under the tutelage of his father for over a decade. He learned from his legal expertise and experience. He and his family live in Braintree, Mass and he summers in Plymouth, Mass.

John and his partner, Tim Ervin founded Gallant & Ervin, LLC in 2000 with an emphasis and concentration on complex business and intellectual property litigation cases. John has handled cased and enforced the rights of all of the firm's national and international entertainment clients throughout the Federal and State Courts in the United States. John was named a Super Lawyer and Top Attorney in litigation by New England Super Lawyers in 2004. John is admitted to practice before the State Courts in Massachusetts and is admitted in the United States District Courts and Circuit Court of Appeals in Massachusetts. He has handled intellectual property cases and complex litigation cases before the Federal Courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, New York, California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia. John is on the Board of Directors of several different charitable organizations and groups, including the Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Club. He is the legal director of Klin Spirits, LLC and Klin Tobacco, LLC who produces Hammer & Sickle Vodka, Hammer & Sickle Cigars and various other products.

Christopher E. Sawin is Founder and Principle Attorney of Sawin Law, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in family law, probate, estate planning, and veterans’ law. His practice includes the representation of individuals in some of the most difficult of life’s transitions, including divorce, paternity actions, modification of agreement and judgements, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, enforcement proceedings, restraining orders, estate disputes, discharge upgrades, and military disability appeals. Jeff Fraser has a degree in Psychology from Boston College (magna cum laude) and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He has over thirty years experience in private practice, including all types of personal injury, divorce, wills and estates, real estate, and business law. Mr. Fraser has been awarded the prestigious "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his skill and integrity. Mr. Fraser has extensive experience as a mediator in both civil cases and divorce and family cases.

Mr. Matulewicz has won numerous honors, including national championships in high school, and the National Moot Court competition in law school. He has been asked to speak before churches, insurance groups and a host of others. He received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from St. Anselm's College, and graduated with honors from Loyola University School of Law. Since January of 1977, Alexander F.X. Matulewicz has represented a wide range of clients....police, college presidents, computer specialists, the homeless, retirees, millionaires, the disabled and factory workers to name a few. Attorney Matulewicz has represented clients in a variety of cases (e.g. murder cases, civil service hearings, divorce court, Federal Court of Appeals and Court of Claims), in all forums and venues, including cases as far away as Maryland, Louisiana and Georgia. When he was 27, Mr. Matulewicz was representing attorneys in their 60's that were facing disbarment and loss of career before the Supreme Judicial Court. Since 2012, Mr. Matulewicz has concentrated on probate administration, wills and trusts, and estate planning. The office is geared, skilled and focused on this area, utilizing the knowledge gained from his 40 years experience.

Carl D'Angio graduated from New England School of Law in 1989 near the top of his class concentrating his studies in the areas of real estate and asset management. After passing the bar he spent 3 years in Washington, D.C. with Ross, Dixon, and Masback, one of the Capital’s preeminent insurance defense firms. He worked on multimillion-dollar cases including Columbia Casualty v. Playtex. Since then he has practiced in Waltham, Massachusetts in a varied civil practice. His uncle, Louis D'Angio, practiced law in Waltham for more than fifty years. The family has had roots in Waltham for more than a century. Carl D'Angio has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts before both judges and juries. He has reached success in personal discrimination and employment cases, automobile accidents, product, and premises liability, construction disputes, consumer protection matters, residential and commercial landlord/tenants disputes, adverse possession litigation, and various other real estate disputes and business litigation. Bob has been practicing law for twenty-nine years and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.
