Philip M. Bluestein is the owner and founder of Rocky Mountain Law Firm. Our firm has two divisions; Rocky Mountain Healthcare Law and Rocky Mountain Wills and Trusts. Rocky Mountain Healthcare Law focuses on helping Physicians, Dentists, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals and Businesses build, maintain, and protect their careers and practices. Rocky Mountain Wills and Trusts focuses on helping business owners and families plan for the future and protect their assets with effective will and trust planning. Rocky Mountain Law Firm works with doctors and other healthcare professionals and businesses throughout Colorado as well as clients outside of Colorado. This includes helping healthcare professionals with their professional employment contracts, starting, maintaining, buying or selling practices, regulatory matters, licensing and professional board matters, asset protection and estate planning, and helping doctors with the opportunities and challenges they face in their careers so that they can focus on taking care of patients. We also work with a variety of clients to address their estate planning needs. This includes basic Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Guardian Designations, and other documents, to Revocable Trusts (also referred to as Living Trusts), to more complex trust planning and Asset Protection trusts and strategies. Philip founded Rocky Mountain Law Firm (formerly the Bluestein Law Firm) in 1995 while living in Ohio. In 2000 he and his family relocated to Colorado. Upon graduating from law school, Philip practiced for a year and a half in one of the oldest firms in Cincinnati, Ohio that focused on estate planning, litigation and real estate. He started his own firm in 1995 focusing on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Business Law, and Estate Planning. While in Cincinnati, his now ex-wife was a surgeon still in training. Over time Philip found that many medical professionals that he or his then wife knew began asking him questions related to contracts, careers, and practices. He realized there was a definite need he could address and developed his practice to help healthcare professionals. When his then wife completed her training, they moved to Colorado where he helped her set up and run her medical and surgical practice, as well as restarting his law practice with a focus on healthcare professionals and practices. Philip grew up in the Midwest. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in History from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. From 1995 to 2003 he served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the US Army Reserves, where he assisted soldiers with estate planning and other assistance to meet their requirements prior to being deployed. He also represented soldiers in military separation boards and served as the Claims Officer for the 9th LSO, 88th RSC. He completed eight years of service rising to the rank of Captain. Philip is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association, where he served as the co-chair of the Business Law Section for two years. He is licensed in Colorado and Ohio. At the office, Philip is always glad to introduce clients to our golden retrievers Sadie and Zev, the office dogs. He is remarried and has two sons in college, Solomon and Isaac, and loves to spend time with his family. He also enjoys cycling, skiing, camping, and hiking.

Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.

Ms. Myers joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. on January 8, 2018. Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School. During her law school tenure, Ms. Myers served as Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review and was one of the founding members and treasurer of the Asian American Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Ms. Myers also participated in the Juvenile and Family Law clinic where she served as Guardian Ad Litem in family related matters to help resolve disputes of parenting time and decision-making responsibility. Ms. Myers also appeared in the Porter County Juvenile Court as a public defender for individuals facing contempt charges for failure to pay child support. Ms. Myers was a recipient of the Hoeppner, Wagner & Evans Scholarship for outstanding commitment to the law school and was awarded the Scribes Award for demonstrating the highest levels of legal professionalism and excellence in legal writing. In May 2017, Ms. Myers was inducted into the National Order of Scribes. Ms. Myers is sympathetic to the emotional strain many families endure in the field of domestic relations. She uses her passion and empathy to advocate for her clients, while recognizing the unique dynamics of each family and her specific role she plays within those dynamics. Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Ms. Dominick has experience working with diverse clients at the Seattle Civil Rights Office, the Washington Moderate Means practicum and has experience in workers compensation as well as personal injury law. Nelson Boyle serves as Senior Counsel at Singleton Schreiber's Denver, Colorado office, where his practice spans civil rights, personal injury, insurance recovery and bad faith, class actions, mass torts, sexual assault and human trafficking, wrongful death, trucking accidents, and motions, writs, and appeals. A Colorado native, Mr. Boyle brings nearly 20 years of litigation experience fighting for plaintiffs in Colorado's state and federal trial and appellate courts. Mr. Boyle is widely recognized for his appellate acumen, having handled matters as both merits and amicus curiae counsel that have resulted in published opinions addressing insurance bad faith, the Colorado Governmental Immunity and Premises Liability Acts, pleading standards, and other significant legal issues. His appellate work has spanned an exceptionally broad range of matters, including personal injury, civil rights, premises liability, child sexual abuse, medical and legal malpractice, class actions, and criminal appeals. Mr. Boyle has also served as a trusted resource for trial counsel, assisting with civil discovery, motions practice, jury trial preparation, and the preservation of appellate issues, including drafting targeted trial briefs and advocating for fair and accurate jury instructions. Mr. Boyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a Master of Arts in American History from New Mexico State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) honored him with its 2012 New Trial Lawyer of the Year award and its 2016 Outstanding Service to CTLA award, recognizing his dedication to consumer and plaintiff advocacy and his leadership within the organization. He currently serves as a Trustee for the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation, as Chair Emeritus of CTLA's Amicus Curiae Committee, and as a volunteer member on the Amicus Curiae Committees of CTLA, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Colorado Bar Association (CBA). He has previously served as a Commissioner and Chair of Colorado's Second Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission, on the CTLA Board, as an AAJ Governor, and on AAJ's New Trial Lawyers Board. Outside the office, Mr. Boyle keeps active by skiing, hiking, traveling, and camping with his family. Kevin Hannon is a partner in Singleton Schreiber and a member of our environmental litigation, mass tort, and personal injury and wrongful death practice groups. Mr. Hannon has extensive experience in successfully litigating environmental cases in multiple state and federal courts. Two of Mr. Hannon’s environmental trials, Orjias v. Louisiana-Pacific and Escamilla v. Asarco, achieved the largest jury awards in environmental cases in Colorado at the time of verdict. The Escamilla case resulted in a $28 million verdict and the cleanup of a neighborhood of 570 homes. His work in NWIS v. Public Service resulted in the application for closure of a leaking underground natural gas storage facility. In Wilks v. Phelps Dodge, Mr. Hannon acted as lead counsel on behalf of a community with contaminated groundwater and achieved a settlement that included a medical monitoring program, replacement drinking water wells, and monetary compensation for his clients. In many of Mr. Hannon’s environmental cases, he has negotiated not only a monetary payment for his clients, but also remediation of the contamination. Mr. Hannon is currently serving as the Chair of the Class Action Committee for Depo-Provera Injection Litigation. He has served and now serves as lead counsel in several environmental class actions in several states including Arizona and Missouri. Mr. Hannon has successfully completed cases involving air, groundwater, soil and noise pollution and continues to represent businesses and individuals for personal injury and property damage from solvents, heavy metals, lead waste, lead paint, radiation, pesticides, petroleum products, and other substances. Mr. Hannon has given dozens of seminar presentations for professional attorneys’ associations during the past three decades. His recent seminars for the American Association for Justice included “Rapid Response Seminar: Recent Train Derailments: Environmental and Toxic Torts, Damages,” March 2023; “Avoiding Federal Court By Avoiding Snap Removal,” July 2022; and “Update on Medical Monitoring Case Law,” July 2021. Prior to joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Hannon established The Hannon Law Firm in 1988. Before beginning his law career, Mr. Hannon worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the air quality and toxic substances programs. Mr. Hannon graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. He earned a master’s degree cum laude in environmental management from Duke University. During law school, Mr. Hannon served as science advisor for Trial Lawyers for Public Justice (TLPJ), a national public interest law firm. Mr. Hannon is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), American Association of Justice, and bar and trial associations for the District of Columbia, Missouri, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. He chaired the American Association of Justice’s Environmental and Toxics Committee from 2022-2023. In 2024, Mr. Hannon was elected as one of six Governing Board Members with Public Justice. Mr. Hannon’s work has been recognized with numerous professional awards, including the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice Foundation in Washington, D.C., and CTLA’s “Case of the Year” and “Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer” awards.
