Lancaster Law Office is a suburban solo general practice.

We are suburban: rent is low, parking is free and abundant, access is easy. Our Office is located in a quaint shopping center in an Edmonds neighborhood. We serve Snohomish and King counties, though we practice in other Washington counties when necessary.

We are solo: our attorney is Brad Lancaster, our paralegal is Kim Lancaster. There is no other staff. We are small and shall remain so, to better serve you. Brad and Kim analyze your situation, answer your calls and manage your matters. No employees, watching the clock crawl toward five, will ever handle your file.

We are a general practice: we do not specialize in one or two areas. Our practice touches a wide range of legal issues. That helps us recognize your legal problems and their less obvious implications. We analogize ourselves to your primary care physician.
