My name is William Snow and as a Licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania I am here to serve you an obtain justice for you. After growing up in Eastern Pennsylvania, I moved to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh for both my undergraduate and law degree, where I obtained both in just 5 years. Now, I spend my days taking cases throughout most of Pennsylvania helping those that have been wronged. No case is "too small" and I will work my hardest to obtain a recovery for you.

Mike’s legal practice focuses solely on representing injured workers who have either been denied workers’ compensation benefits, are being forced to return to work while not physically able, or are receiving documents from their employer/insurance carrier, threatening to stop workers’ compensation benefits. Consistent with Scanlon & Wojton’s core philosophies, Mike will handle your workers’ compensation claim from start-to-finish. Mike attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He was a four-year letter winner on the University’s baseball team, being named a team captain during his senior season. Mike then joined Matt and Tim at Duquesne University school of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence For the Future Award in legal research and writing. Following graduation from Duquesne Law, Mike joined a law firm in downtown Pittsburgh, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. It is this experience that gives Mike a unique perspective when representing injured workers.

Gary Ogg is a partner at Ogg, Murphy & Perkosky, P.C. Gary has devoted his career to representing individuals and families, who have been the victims of negligence, obtain the justice and compensation they deserve. In his career, Gary has been fortunate to obtain dozens of verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 in many types of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice lawsuits, personal injury and birth injury. Gary graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981 and received a B.A. in 1977 from University of Pittsburgh. Gary has won various awards including Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2011 through 2014 and Best Lawyers in America 2011 through 2014. Gary is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Gary currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He is a member of many community organizations and charitable activities in the South Hills and Pittsburgh areas.

Stephen R. Miller leads Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Pittsburgh office. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, Mr. Miller has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation law and has litigated countless cases throughout central and western Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller spent the first 15 years of his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense litigator, representing employers and insurance companies at a large regional firm where he quickly advanced to partner. These many years of defense practice and corporate consultation provided Mr. Miller with extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and how the insurance industry manages claims. In 2016, Mr. Miller concluded that he wanted to advocate for injured workers and left his long-time position to open Pond Lehocky’s Pittsburgh office. Since then, he has exclusively represented claimants. Mr. Miller speaks regularly on workers’ compensation issues. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® on multiple occasions and was named to the Best Lawyers in America® 2018 and 2019 lists.
