How did you build a successful practice?
I have built a successful practice by having clients trust in me to advocate for their best interests.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should choose a lawyer who makes them comfortable and spends as much time with them as necessary to effectively handle their matter. They should also try to choose a lawyer who will utilize their financial resources as efficiently as possible.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is very important to successfully handling a case. I practice law in the town I grew up in and was educated in the local public schools.

I can provide general advice and a potential strategy for success within a phone consultation.

I need as much background information as possible to try and give phone advice.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
My ability to relate to clients in difficult situations sets me apart from other local attorneys. Further, I am willing to sit and talk with clients for as long as may be necessary to alleviate concerns or set out a strategy to succeed.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping people remain involved in the lives of their children.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and rooting for my favorite sports teams.

I provide pro bono legal services to Prairie State Legal Services and I donate time and money to the Rotary Club of Dundee Township.
