Brad David while he holds his licenses he needs to be a guardian at litem, any one can be taught to maintain their status. What Brad failed to realize is his own bias in the case and testified to such. If your an attorney for the children and their interests, do your job. Had to hire an independent evaluator to get a proper and fair shake. Brad couldn't be more gender bias and unprofessional...if you see his name come up on your case request a different guardian. Biased towards women. Unprofessional in conduct. Could actually care less about any of the conduct that was very alarming. If it wasn't for the independent evaluator...they court system would have got it wrong based on Brad. He is supposed to be in the interest of the children not a secondary for opposing counsels. Request a different guardian if the name is brought forth on your case.

Hiring Brad David was the WORST decision I've EVER made!! I truly believe Brad David has no concept of what it means to actual represent or advocate for a client. His incompetence, inept representation and complete inability as a family law attorney cost me everything I had. Whether out of inexperience or sheer terror, Mr. David was more interested in giving in and giving up to opposing council, than using the law to defend this client. Save yourself the money and the grief, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

Emily helped my husband and I close on a home we were buying. The seller's attorney to say the least was horrible. They didn't provide correct documents or didn't respond at all to us or Emily. However, Emily never stopped working at them and really fought to get everything sorted. Everything in the end was closed and finalized perfectly thanks to Emily!
