Brad Pollack is well respected in the Shenandoah Valley as a civil and criminal defense attorney. His law practice is located in the beautiful town of Woodstock, Virginia.
For twenty-four years, Brad has been defending clients against allegations of theft, assault, drugs, sex crimes, white collar fraud, traffic, dui/dwi and other misdomeaners and felonies.

Raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Brad grew up in Mount Jackson Virginia where he graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. Brad set his focus on practicing law when he was accepted into the University of Richmond Taft School of Law Juris Doctorate program where he graduated. Further, Brad served in the Office of Inspector General at the Department of Defense where he held several high ranking positions in legal affairs within the Department of the Navy.
Brad Pollack has extensive experience in the Federal Government in areas of law and legislative affairs. Brad served as Counsel to the Subcommittee on General Oversight and Investigations of the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs in the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, Brad served as Appellate Counsel to the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy; and within the Office of the Secretary of the Navy as well as the Assistant Marine Corps Senate Liaison Officer in 1986.
Brad is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Marine Corps Reserves who still resides in Shenandoah County, Virginia with his wife and son.
